在这一专业中，我了解到行政管理的基本规律，为我国行政管理的科学化提供理论依据。学习行政管理学的一个重要目的就是要了解和掌握行政管理的运行规律。行政管理学的研究对象、研究内容使得行政管理学具有：政治性和社会性、理论性与应用性、综合性和独立性、规范性和权变性等特点，其中最鲜明的特点是它追求行政管理活动的高效率。
因此在学习上，我觉得首要任务还是学好文化知识，所以在学习上我踏踏实实，一点也不放松。我认为好的学习方法对学好知识很有帮助。一份耕耘一分收获，每每看到自己可喜的成绩，我就会感叹只要有决心，没有什么事是不可能的。
在思想上，我要求上进，一直以乐于助人为已任，多次参加青年志愿者活动。
