法则一:临近面试,要拥有一份完整简历

面试前除了要充分了解企业的信息,更多的要针对面试制作完整的简历,对于不善于总结的求职者来说,招聘网站固有的简历模板是个不错的参考,但仅限于参照而已,切勿照搬,否则造成简历内容雷同,让面试官反感。然而,大部分的求职者在自我评价中写了很多个人感想,内容有些过于感性化,不是抱着求学的态度表表决心,就是主动承认错误,暴露缺点。

遇到不清楚的问题及对策

有时,主试人提出的问题,应试者听后会不知怎么答,在要求再讲一遍题目后,应试人仍无法回答。这种情况,尽管不多见,但一旦发生了,你可以婉转地问主试人是否指某方面的问题。此时,重要的是态度要坦诚,不可胡乱猜测,信口开河。若果真是一点也不清楚怎么去回答,就应实事求是地告诉主试人,这个方面的知识未接触过。作为主试人他可以理解你的回答,因为世界上没有人什么都懂,况且,这样的问题该不该提出来还是个疑问呢?

把紧自己的嘴巴,三思而后答

面试场上,考官们经常采用的一个基本策略就是尽量让应试者多讲话,目的在于多了解一些应试者在书面材料中没有反映的情况。

你在面试时一定要注意把紧自己的嘴巴,如果认为已经回答完了,就不要再讲。最好不要为了自我推销而试图采用多讲话的策略来谋求在较短的时间内让招聘方多了解自己,事实上这种方式对大多数人来讲并不可取。该讲的讲,不该讲的决不要多讲,更不要采取主动出击的办法,以免画蛇添足、无事生非。

摆平自己的心气,委婉而机敏

2、福利

从薪酬去评论一个公司是最大的误区,究竟现在大多数是民营企业,而非国营企业。看本质:这家公司的主干拿的多不多,公司效益好的时候是不是遍及拿 的多,是不是作业努力负责的人拿得多,是不是能力上升了拿的多,是不是有明确的奖惩制度而且切实执行,是不是核心主干对于收入牢骚较少,是不是有接连晋升的普通员 工,年终的重奖是不是有、给了公认作业超卓的人了吗?假如这些答案大致是肯定,说明这个公司在按照商场经济规律在办事。

3、固定薪酬

薪酬是不是合同中就规则明白(或试用合同中就规则)?薪酬是不是历来都按时发放?薪酬是不是按规则明明白白发放而不这样那样的莫名扣款(当然违规扣款除外)?假如这样,这个公司根本是可信的。

4、社保

是不是明明白白有说法(尤其在试用期)?在公司正式上任的职工,是不是都有社保?社保刚开始可能少,作业1年以上是不是社保基数是不是会上升?假如这样,根本上这个公司大的原则上是规范的。

5、加班

我们都不喜爱加班,但不得不加班。加班主要看是不是自个没有完成任务而要加班,是不是公司需求加班但加班是不是计入业绩考核?作业对比超卓的人加班是 否多(一般超卓的人加班少)?寄希望于加班了立刻要拿加班薪酬,这不现实。加班短期有收入不现实,长期一般都有报答。其实加班对公司、自个都是个情绪问 题,假如在公司加班能够与自个的生长和晋升是挂钩的,则是根本可取的。

6、公司的发展

看看公司是不是在成长?事务、商场在拓展吗?产品在拓展吗?职工人数在增长吗?客户的基础在加厚吗?客户在丢掉吗?假如大致是肯定的,则这个公司具备生长性,在此作业辛苦是必然的,但报答是能够期待的。

7、看看公司的职工
