为了让简历出彩,大家真是使出浑身解数,把简历也玩出各种花样。据调查,现在很多求职者会把简历制作成二维码或者视频发送过来,无非就是想在众多求职者的简历中脱颖而出,给hr眼前一亮的感觉。但是虽然博得眼球,但是简历内容却经不起推敲,最后只能被淘汰。

如果不是应聘特别重要的岗位,简历尽量不要做的太抢眼,内容才是hr关注的重点。做简历,最重要的是整洁、美观,不需要太多是修饰,突出最关键的内容。也可以在简历中增加一点自己的小创意,让对方明白你对这项工作的重视也是可以的,但切勿过度,喧宾夺主。

太过另类的标题党

正常的简历应该是“姓名+岗位名称”、“姓名+岗位名称+岗位性质”、“姓名+专业+学校+最高学历”,如果你是有绝对竞争优势的职场人,为了突出优势,可以在标题中添加“10年资深客户经理”等,用这种硬实力来展现自己的优势,远比耍风头、搞另类的简历题目更有说服力。

过度修饰自己的工作经验

修饰自己的工作经验,是为了突出自己已经掌握的职业技能所带来的优势和经验。但是有些求职者在修饰中过度夸大自己,甚至弄虚造假、无中生有。

面试讲究流程

(1)闲聊

闲聊是社交润滑剂,可以打破僵局,使双方建立某种亲近感。想喝点儿什么?来支烟吗?不要担心,别把问题看得太重,或以为有什么言外之意(有些文化通过提供饮料判断应聘者机敏与否)。即使想喝杯咖啡,也不妨暂时放弃这个念头。这毕竟不是一次社交拜访。我看到你开来的车了?这车怎么样?无论面试者是否是想让你放松放松,心中只当如此。回答宜简洁、中肯。如果这是你开过的最糟糕的车,不要说出来。你住的地方如何?应做正面回答。即使是最差的地方,也要设法找出它迷人的一面来。你对(任何有争议的新闻话题)有何看法?应显示出你对此有所了解,但需避免表明立场。不直言己见可以使你在面试者眼中保持一种“神秘感”,促使对方不断试探以摸清你的底细。

(2)个人资料

面试者了解到你的好恶和你对其它与业务无关的问题的态度,可以更好地了解你的为人处事态度和工作情况。谈谈你的情况。掌握回答这个问题的技巧很重要,两分钟内讲完更是必要。超过2分钟,面试者可能会感到乏味或开始走神。最好在参加面试前打个底稿。以前有否想过离开目前或以前的那份工作?如果有,什么把你留下来了?老练的面试者都会问这个问题。他们试图通过这个问题来了解你的动机以及你先思后行的能力。你工作的目的是什么?描述一种把自己和应聘企业联系到一起的目标。例如,“我在找一个让我能不断做出有益贡献并不断发展自我的职位。”你对自己目前的事业发展情景是否满意?不管怎么回答,都应当表现出一定的满意度,而且正是这种满意度促使你向现在的方向寻求发展。你认为现在或以前的上司如何?对这个问题的回答时要谨慎,不宜直率。面试者借此机会对你做出直接评价,判断你是否适合他们考虑提供的职位。你这时谈出的看法使他有机会判断你的能力,并推断在什么样的领导下最能发挥你的特长。

(3)教育背景

面试者往往对你“职业”方面的教育感兴趣,譬如,你对应聘企业所在行业、企业本身、所应聘的职位以及与该企业前途的关系有何了解?要多高的报酬?尽早设法从以下这些渠道了解情况:招聘相近职位的分类广告、参加其它面试的经验、从其它招聘企业或行业调查获得的信息。从过去的工作中学到什么?这是一个你总结自己学习经历的机会,应从工作和人际关系两方面谈谈。你认为我们的最大问题是什么? 你觉得我们胜过竞争对手的最大优势何在?对这两个问题的回答不仅显出你对这次面试准备的功夫,而且表明你有很强的专业能力、对应聘企业所在行业及业内其它主要企业有深刻的了解。你认为我们业内有何重要趋势?回答这个问题需要有针对性并且有所准备。你应该能谈得很在行,了解哪些问题涉及该行业,深谙企业怎样及时把握行业趋势。

(4)个人经历

有关个人经历的问题最重要,原因有二。第一,这些问题迫使应聘者重新回顾其职业生涯。第二,这是应聘者展示才华的良机。你目前或最近离开的工作团队怎样?简单谈谈工作团队的人员构成。点明其特点即可,如紧密协作、士气高等。不要传闲话和流短飞长。你解雇过人吗?解雇员工是经理人的职责。如果你不曾解雇过员工,就说明你的管理经验欠完整。最简单的答复是肯定回答,不做任何解释和理由说明。承认即可,点到为止。描述一下你目前或最近离开的工作与你所在部门和企业的总体目标有何关系。这直接关系到“增值”问题,即你为企业增加了多少价值?讲讲目前或过去的工作最让你兴奋的项目。如果你感到所参加的项目都不符合面试者的要求,那么回答前不妨做个开场白:“我认为我参加过的项目中没有够得上重大的。不过,让我告诉您一个我曾参与对……不可或缺的项目。”目前或最近离开的工作中,你所做的最重要决策是什么?态度客观地指出是工作中的哪些方面要你做出重要决策。职位的高低显示出你参与决策的份量。你认为做经理人最难之处是什么?“报忧”是最简洁、直接的回答。这种简短有力的回答可以诱使面试者进一步向你发问。上:材料研发岗位工作简历模板
